NIGHT MARES (17 MONTH, 2 WKS)

For the past month (maybe two?), S has been waking up at 4 o'clock in the morning. It started when momma and S were visiting Aunt T. At first, it seemed like she was waking up to play, but when S got home, she seemed to be waking up from a night mare.

S would wake up, stand up and just cry and scream. Momma or daddy couldn't get her to stop and she seemed very distraught. All the books say at this age (18 months), the separation anxiety peaks and toddlers often have night mares about being separated.

Poor darling! Napping has also been short and disasterous. S often wakes up screaming and crying during her nap transition. Momma has been holding and rocking her to sleep for her naps.

HALLOWEEN (17 MONTHS, 1 WK)

S had a blast trick or treating! Daddy and momma thought that kids wouldn't really get into it, but they were wrong. S and her friend Maegan enjoyed going to the door and getting treats.

Daddy's favorite part was S "walk, walk" with him door to door. The following picture is of the whole family trick or treating.
