WAS THAT A TANTRUM? (14 MONTH, 2 WEEKS)
On Saturday afternoon, S wanted to watch the "Baby Signing Time" video but momma wanted to put her on the toilet. S actually took the video out, tried to stick it into the DVD player and pointed to the TV. When momma said "no," S had a tantrum. Momma tried to compromise by saying she could watch the video after using the toilet, but it was too late. S was crying and crying. Finally, daddy and momma gave in and let her watch the video.
Later, on Sunday morning, at the park, S was putting pebbles into her mouth. When daddy said "no," S kept putting in them. Finally, daddy and momma said "no more rocks or we go home." And, we all went home.
S has moved from the phase of testing daddy and momma to defying them and throwing tantrusm. Let's hope daddy, momma, and S survive toddlerhood!
